Official Rules & Regulations
By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and all decisions made by M N Worldwide, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

The M N Worldwide June Scavenger Hunt (“Contest”) is sponsored by M N Worldwide, located at 8530 US Highway 1, Suite 2, Sebastian, FL 32976.
Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 30, 2026.
Weekly winners will be selected on:
• June 8, 2026
• June 15, 2026
• June 22, 2026
• June 29, 2026
The final winner will be selected and announced on July 1, 2026.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of M N Worldwide and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
To enter:
Locate an official M N Worldwide Scavenger Hunt sticker displayed at a participating business or customer location.
Take a photograph of yourself with the sticker.
Post the photograph on Facebook and/or Instagram.
Tag @MNWORLDWIDE in the post.
Participants may enter multiple times by posting photos with different sticker locations; however, winning is limited to one (1) prize per person and one (1) prize per household during the Contest Period.
Each qualifying social media post constitutes one entry.
Entry Requirements
Entries must:
• Include the participant in the photograph.
• Clearly display the M N Worldwide sticker.
• Be posted during the Contest Period.
• Tag @MNWORLDWIDE.
• Comply with the terms and policies of the social media platform used.
M N Worldwide reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise violate these rules.
Additional Entry Conditions
Entries must be submitted by the individual appearing in the photograph. Participants may not submit entries on behalf of another person without that person’s consent.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their social media posts are publicly viewable at the time winners are selected. M N Worldwide is not responsible for entries that cannot be viewed due to privacy settings, account restrictions, deleted posts, or technical issues.
M N Worldwide reserves the right to request verification of any entry, including proof that the participant personally visited the sticker location and created the submitted photograph.
Additional Contest Rules
Sticker locations are not considered public information and may not be requested from M N Worldwide employees. Participants are responsible for locating stickers on their own.
Participating businesses and customer locations are not required to provide hints, clues, or assistance regarding sticker locations.
Participants must not enter restricted, private, employee-only, or otherwise unauthorized areas while searching for stickers. All stickers are located in publicly accessible areas of participating locations.
Any participant who damages property, disrupts business operations, behaves inappropriately, or violates the policies of a participating business may be disqualified from the Contest.
M N Worldwide reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any entry and may request additional information if necessary to confirm eligibility.
By participating, entrants agree to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner at all times while participating in the Contest.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities may result in immediate disqualification:
• Tampering with, removing, relocating, covering, defacing, or damaging any Contest sticker.
• Interfering with another participant’s ability to locate or photograph a sticker.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing employees, customers, or visitors at participating locations.
• Posting false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Creating multiple social media accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional entries.
• Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or unfairly influence the Contest.
Sticker Locations
Stickers remain the property of M N Worldwide and are not intended to be removed from their designated locations.
Participants may photograph stickers but may not remove, relocate, alter, damage, or take possession of any Contest sticker.
If a sticker becomes damaged, removed, or inaccessible for any reason, M N Worldwide may replace, relocate, or retire that sticker at its sole discretion.
Participating Businesses
Participating businesses, customers, and property owners are not sponsors of this Contest unless specifically identified by M N Worldwide.
Participating locations are providing space for sticker placement only and are not responsible for Contest administration, prize fulfillment, winner selection, or disputes arising from the Contest.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random each Monday throughout June from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The final winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through June 30, 2026, and announced on July 1, 2026.
A participant may submit multiple eligible entries during the Contest Period; however, each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize during the Contest.
Once a participant has been selected as a winner, they will be removed from future prize drawings.
Limit one (1) prize per person and one (1) prize per household during the Contest Period.
If a selected winner is determined to be a member of a household that has already received a prize, M N Worldwide reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize
Winners will receive one M N Worldwide Prize Bag.
Prize contents may vary and are determined solely by M N Worldwide.
Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, substituted, refunded, returned, sold back to M N Worldwide, or redeemed for store credit.
For the avoidance of doubt, the approximate retail value (ARV) and cash value of each prize is $0.00. Prizes are promotional items awarded solely as part of this Contest and are not redeemable for cash, credit, discounts, future purchases, or any other consideration.
M N Worldwide reserves the right to substitute prize contents with items of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Any federal, state, or local taxes that may arise from acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on M N Worldwide’s Facebook page and/or contacted through the social media platform used for entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, M N Worldwide reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Pickup
Prizes must be picked up in person at:

Shipping of prizes is not available.
A valid photo ID may be required to claim a prize.
Failure to claim a prize within thirty (30) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant M N Worldwide permission to use their name, likeness, submitted photograph, social media username, and entry content for promotional, advertising, marketing, website, social media, and future contest purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Release of Liability
Participation in the Contest is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants assume all responsibility for their actions while traveling to, visiting, or participating at any sticker location.
M N Worldwide shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, theft, property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other damages arising from participation in the Contest.
M N Worldwide is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, technically corrupted, unavailable, or inaccessible entries, or for any technical failures associated with Facebook, Instagram, internet services, mobile devices, or telecommunications systems.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless M N Worldwide, its owners, employees, affiliates, participating businesses, customers, landlords, property owners, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any participating business. Participants understand they are providing information to M N Worldwide and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or participating locations.
Right to Modify or Cancel
M N Worldwide reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, terminate, or extend the Contest at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
Final Authority
All decisions made by M N Worldwide regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, rule interpretation, disqualification, prize awards, and Contest administration shall be final and binding.
In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, M N Worldwide reserves the right to make a final determination based on information available to it.
Governing Law
This Contest shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising from the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Indian River County, Florida.
